Youth & Teens

We believe we have to be intentional in our time with teens. St. Monica utilizes a discipleship model centered around relational ministry to foster knowing the Lord Jesus and developing the habits necessary to live as followers of Christ. Youth in grades 7-12th meet on a weekly basis with programming that is designed to incorporate all aspects of discipleship.  Teens spend time in prayer, fellowship, on-going intellectual study, and service.

Meets Wednesday, 7-8:30 p.m. Youth are encouraged to be active in the church and community. We also ask them to continue to meet as a junior/senior class on Wednesday evenings for Bible Study—discussing the upcoming weekend's readings, applying the Scriptures to their lives, and learning about apologetics (how to defend their faith).
